We are currently recruiting for hospital porters to work as part of a team in providing a comprehensive range of general and departmental portering duties across the hospital. This role will be on a shift basis, 5 days out of 7 so will include weekends and nights.

An enhanced DBS Certificate would be ideal but not essential.

This role is starting immediately.

Main Duties & Skills required:

• To be available to sort, document, transport and deliver all patients, goods, records etc. to wards and departments.

• Use machinery as shown and taught.

• Report all maintenance issues and hazards to your supervisor

• Attend and comply with training

The role will include a combination of walking, standing, lifting, pushing and pulling
