This role is a Band 3
KEY DUTIES TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Organising and undertaking all checking requirements. 2. Updating and maintenance of database(s). 3. Front line point of contact for managers, staff and prospective employees. 4. Take messages, provide information required and liaise with other team members regarding advice, queries or issues of complaint. 5. Provide basic advice on a range of issues. 6. Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate information is available at all times. 7. Be the first point of contact for all People Resource queries. 8. Update any filing systems and databases associated with the department.
