Pastry Chef needed in Crawley Manor Royal Estate, West Sussex £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, overtime possible & great working environment. Our client is a well known and reputable supplier of prepared meals to a wide range of customers. Due to popularity they are looking to expand their work force with the attitude to delivery amazing standards. The principle responsibility of the Pastry Chef is:- Ensuring standards are consistently met Work area is clean and maintained to a high standard Work with other sections of the kitchen to ensure a smooth flow in food preparation Work closely with the head chef and lead team members where required The successful Pastry Chef will have:- Prior experience within this position Adaptability and flexibility Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team In return for this, the Pastry Chef will have the ability to progress their career further, work along side an upbeat friendly team and gain experience in all areas of kitchen discipline.
