Parts Advisor with Motor Trade experience (Essential) required for this established and Motor Trade Dealership in West London/Middlesex. You must have a minimum of 2 year's recent Motor Trade Parts experience within a Main Dealer network to join their busy friendly team. You must be able to work under pressure, be a team player and be computer literate.

Motor Trade Parts Advisor Duties will include:
The main part of the role is to look after the workshop counter although you will be involved in all areas of the parts department roles i.e:
Responsible for seeing all parts into department, allocating parts to correct bins and sending back exchanged/unwanted parts accordingly,responsible for maintaining stock levels in the stores
As a Parts Advisors you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone. A Parts Advisor will need to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are promptly dealt with, and deliver on sales targets. As a Parts Advisor you will always delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers.
Alongside your customer first attitude, you will maximising sales, maintain customer retention and over achieve on targets. Passion for the product and delivering incredible customer service will be evident in everything you do.
