Job Title: Part Time Receptionist
Hours: 0830-1700 on Monday and Tuesday, 0830-1330 on Wednesday
Duration: Temporary Ongoing
Salary: £11.79-12.82 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting internal and external visitors in a professional manner
- Managing meeting room bookings and office reservations online
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Assisting with basic admin tasks such as filing and organising documents
- Handling internal emails and communication effectively
- Booking rooms for partners and arranging refreshments for guests
- Supporting with ordering lunches and other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a DBS and Credit check
- Previous experience in a professional services environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a polished demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable working in a corporate setting with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team player with a proactive attitude
