HR GO are currently recruiting for a well-known organisation in the Ashford area for a Part Time Receptionist working 20 hours per week. This company provide innovative solutions to their customers. Main duties include * Meeting and greeting customers when they arrive * Booking the meeting rooms * Answering calls and dealing with any customer enquiries * Keeping the tea and coffee supplies replenished * Letter typing on occasions * General administrative duties The person * Experience in a similar role is essential * Administrative experience would be advantageous * Can-do attitude * High attention to detail * Must be available to start immediately The rate of pay for this role is £10ph The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 1pm - 5pm. However, for training purposes, you will be required to do 3 full days from 9am - 4pm in the first week.
