We are currently looking for a part-time Part-time PA/Chairman's Attendant for our Margate based client. Although the post of PA/Chairman's Attendant would predominantly involve the following, somebody with PA experience would be ideal as long as they would be able to assist in providing general office administrative support this would be suitable. To fulfil all requirements of driving and supporting the Chairman or other Members/Officers at events and meetings. To ensure at all times that the car is in a clean and proper condition and ready for service and at all times when not in official use the vehicle is secured. To remain on duty throughout functions when the Chairman is host and to assist as required. To also remain on duty throughout when the Chairman attends events/functions outside of Thanet. To remain in attendance when the Chairman attends local functions unless otherwise stated. To ensure safe custody of chains and badges within agreed storage arrangements.
