Part Time Inbound Customer Service Adviser - June Start Part time position 20-30 hours per week - Flexible! Shifts; Monday to Sunday between 08.00am & 10.00pm £7.83 p/h + Attendance & Quality Bonus HRGO are working with a well know local employer who, due to continued growth, require multiple Customer Service Advisers to join their dynamic team. You will predominantly be responsible for taking inbound calls and dealing with customer enquiries. Your New Company You will be working for a Government based campaign within a large contact centre environment providing outsourcing solutions. The site you will work on is within easy access from local transport options including Hamilton Square/Conway Park Train Station and Birkenhead Bus Station. Your New Role - Customer Service Adviser As a Customer Service Adviser the will involve handling daily calls and emails from existing customers. You will be required to service existing accounts, providing advice and support, re setting passwords, transferring funds and ensuring all associated administration is completed. You will receive excellent on-site paid training for the initial 4 weeks within state of the art facilities including support upon the live floor to ensure transition from training to call centre floor. Skills you will need as Customer Service Adviser You will not need to possess any previous call centre experience, due to training provided however previous experience within Administration/ Customer Service / Retail, Bar environments. You will need to a competent computer user, be self-motivated, determined and have excellent attention to detail. Must be able to build rapport with customers with ease and provide excellent customer service. What to do next...
