A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager has become available for our client based in Rochester. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, whilst also looking after the Directors diary and emails etc.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of all office duties including room bookings, hotel bookings, diary management tasks and providing support throughout the organisation
Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Running ad hoc projects and implementing solutions to organisational issues
Acting as a primary point of contact for employees
About you:
Previous experience in a similar role
Energetic and purpose driven
Motivated and eager with the ability to flex as our organisation grows
Resourceful with the ability to work on your own initiative
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A high level of organisational and administrative skills is required at both management and hands on level.
