Office Administrator

As a busy and growing consultancy, our Client, situated in Battersea, London, requires a meticulous, organised Office Administrator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth and professional running of their company activities. This role would ideally suit a candidate who enjoys working within a medium sized company with a great culture and has a min of 18-month office administration experience.

Duties

Typical duties will include:

  • Taking all incoming calls to the business and transferring to relevant parties or taking messages.

  • Acting as "front of house" including receiving and greeting visitors and liaising with Battersea Studios Reception regarding visits/events.

Person Specification

  • Background/experience in hospitality or events planning/administration.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Highly organised and meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Supportive team player
  • Proactive and good initiative
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good written skills
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Good at problem solving
  • Reliable and good timekeeping skills
  • Confident with the basic office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, etc)
