HRGO Recruitment Education are working with a very well-run Mainstream school in Southport, Sefton who are looking to appoint a long-term Midday Assistant to support 2 children who have additional needs during the lunch period.

The Midday Assistant role is to start September 1st and will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential to obtain a permanent contract on completion of the requirement.

The right candidate will be working Monday to Friday, 11.30am-1pm all for a very competitive hourly rate.

The children aged 5-6 years have different needs and abilities so an emphatic, consistent approach will be needed to ensure the children get the individual care and support they need.

Please note that there may be an element of personal care involved in this role so you must be either experienced or be willing to learn in this area.

You will also need a fully enhanced DBS on the update system or be willing to get one in process to be considered for this role.
