An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Services Manager, based in the South East.

You will:

Maintain quality control procedures
Ensure site safety by making safety inspections
Problem solve / Troubleshoot
Source materials
Check and prepare reports for clients
Monitor progress of the project
Liaising with clients or the client's representatives to update on progress
Keep staff motivated and focused

About you:

Strong background in mechanical services including HVAC / Air Conditioning and heating systems.
Wealth of project/ service management with demonstrable cost control as part of your working.
Experience in estimating projects of various values
Strong communication skills
Commercial approach to managing workload
Ideally possess some safety qualifications, NEBOSH or IOSH etc.
