My client is a global manufacturer of high quality fa�ade systems for the construction industry and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Materials Graduate at their site in Sherburn. The successful candidate will be a business management/development or commercial related gradate with excellent organisational skills Have the ability to make decisions, look at processes and identify areas of improvement. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and influential skills and a strong desire to manage teams. The ability to remain professional and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure. Good negotiation skills and the ability to deal with all levels of personnel within the customer's organisation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve to a positive outcome. The ability to work as part of a team. Due to site visits you must hold a full driving licence You will be involved in a variety of projects with the management team to continuously improve the company material processes.
