Position: Customer Marketing Lead
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Flexible between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm but usually 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £30,750 - £32,800 DOE + bonus and additional benefits
We are recruiting for a Customer Marketing Lead to join our clients marketing team and assist the Marketing Manager in creating tactical plans to support our overall market-oriented strategy. This is a newly created role, so offers the right candidate an exciting opportunity to make their mark and bring in their own ideas and concepts that will support their growth.
This is a key role within a cross-functional team of brilliant marketers and graphic designers. Both the team and wider company offer a creative and supportive environment for the Customer Marketing Lead to develop and contribute.

About the role:
Build effective interdepartmental relationships to ensure customer-centricity is at the forefront of all customer touch points
Develop and manage the execution of own-brand marketing and communication plans, always ensuring customer centricity
Work closely with the internal teams to increase the marketing team's customer-related and product knowledge bases, to better understand current challenges our customers face and how our products and services meet their needs
To plan and manage educational campaigns that add value to the customer
Undertake customer research projects as necessary
Measure customer happiness/ Net Promoter Scores and carry out competitor analysis as necessary
To confidently present marketing ideas to key stakeholders to secure investment
Writing and editing copy for a variety of channels and audiences
To develop a deep understanding of business, all sub brands, and our overall strategic objectives
Brief projects into the internal design team, ensuring designs meet the overall requirements of the project - being sure to give fair, clear and constructive feedback
Plan and manage events (virtual and face to face as required
Act as the brands customer champion
Essential Skills:
Three to five years marketing experience or demonstrable experience at a similar level
Knowledge of inbound marketing principles
Three to five years marketing experience or demonstrable experience at a similar level
Competent user of all MS programmes
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns at once
A team player able to work with people at all levels
