Marketing Co-ordinator
Part time - 4 days per week

We are recruiting a Marketing Co-ordinator to join a very successful, established, international manufacturing company based in Harlow, Essex.
This position offers flexible working, ideally over 4 days per week at the Office with some flexibility around remote working.
You will oversee each marketing project from conception to completion and ensure each project is delivered on-time and to budget and be responsible for the implementation of tactical business and marketing plans as agreed with the Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Co-ordinator, you will:
- Implement marketing strategies and plans as agreed with the Marketing Manager.
- Execute a wide variety of projects that involve direct mail, PR, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other tactical projects that deliver the strategic marketing plan.
- Co-ordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications and materials, both internally and externally, (these include, but are not limited to; an annual catalogue, page ads, printed DM, event show guide entries, price lists, PR, product literature, brochures, case studies, newsletters, info guides, pull-up graphics and social media).
- Day-to-day management of social media channels, including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
- Build relationships with external suppliers such as our digital agency, printers, photographers etc.
- Co-ordinate the advertising media schedule and liaise with trade publications to meet inclusion deadlines.
- Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaigns and make recommendations.
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand and ensure all marketing activity meets corporate guidelines.
- Write and maintain content and provide regular updates to company website.
- Produce a quarterly newsletter and deploy to staff and other stakeholders.
- Produce regular marketing update to ensure staff are informed of the latest marketing developments.
- Assist in the writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop lead-generation plans with targets, measures and objectives.
- Produce white papers, info guides and other materials that position the company as a 'thought-leader'.
- Liaise with other members of the team, including Product Managers, to ensure that the marketing message is current and consistent.
- Provide a monthly marketing report to the Marketing Manager outlining all project and campaigns delivered in that month.
Skills/Experience:
- Proficient in IT - such as Microsoft Office and be specifically skilled in design packages, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience running successful PPC campaigns through Google and Microsoft platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in 'brand policing'.
- Excellent copy-writing skills and the ability to rework technical content for a wider audience.
- Communicate effectively through written or verbal mediums.
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective project management and organisational skills.
