Marketing and Communications Manager (Aviation) Opportunity for a dynamic, creative individual to step up to the role of Group Communications Manager. You will be working for a highly successful global aviation company, who provide aviation services for Governments, Businesses and High net worth individuals across the World. Collaborating with the whole group business functions across the globe, you will utilise your talent and enthusiasm for writing persuasive, engaging content across the full spectrum of communication channels to both internal and external recipients. As a valued member of a supportive and forward-thinking communications team, you will work cooperatively within an environment that nurtures innovative thinking and encourages challenging ideas to ensure all communications are of the highest standards. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has had prior experience of both managing and delivering projects. You will have a strong background working in a client facing or communications environment, working alongside all management levels. Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing Officer, your tasks will include: * Creation of compelling strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the company's aims * Ensure communications are constructed and delivered via the optimum channels for maximum reach and impact with the target audience * Ensure the intranet news feed is kept fresh and up to date with engaging content sourced from the various company divisions * Produce and manage internal campaigns to disseminate key changes in systems and processes * Create and deliver compelling production ready materials for external communications, including video, print, web etc * Organise and produce digital events, including live streams etc. * Ghost writing for the executive team, including scripts for audio / video * Coordinating activities related to trade shows and events You will be fully competent using Adobe suite, Wordpress, Hubspot and Sharepoint, with a flair for writing, designing and producing persuasive marketing communications. At interview, candidates will be required to demonstrate their work portfolio and discuss a minimum of one project for which they held personal responsibility for successful delivery.
