We are recruiting a Management Assistant for our family - owned client based on the outskirts of Dover. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful company, to provide secretarial and administrative support to the International Director and Management Team.
Duties Include:
Assisting HR Department in all Personnel matters including training, recruitment and staff development.
Develop and maintain Customer In-House training manuals.
Sales Department Management, including sales reports and and quotations.
Co-ordinate and plan meetings, visits and travel arrangements.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, good organisational and analytic skills, ability to keep calm in difficult situations, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, to be able to travel elsewhere in Europe and UK if and when required.
Hold a valid passport and full driving licence.
An ability to communicate in German would be advantageous.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
