This successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing up keep of the Group's buildings which will include: maintenance, painting, joinery, gas porter duties, fire safety, and alarm checks. The role will primarily be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital; however, you will be required to travel across sites on a regular basis. Key responsibilities: * General maintenance and upkeep of buildings i.e. painting, joinery, handyman tasks etc. * Responsible for carrying out and recording safety/fire alarm checks throughout the group. * Medical Gas Porter Duties. * General management of the Happy Fox work ticket system. Communication and Relationship Skills: * Develop and maintain effective communication with external relevant service providers, contractors, staff, and management. Responsibility for Information Resources: * Responsible for recording and maintaining all data related to the post including: financial information, cleanliness statistics, audit information, and responsible for the production of scheduled and ad-hoc reports on performance data. * Ensure the efficient running of the business by undertaking any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
