Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Deeside and due continues growth and expansion are looking for 6 x Machine Minders to join their team. Previous experience within a production environment and flexible on working ours is desirable.
Duties: * Operate within Company safety policy at all times. * Knowledge and ability to utilize all inspection machinery to achieve highest possible quality with maximum output and minimum waste. * Maintain a tidy work area at all times.
Skills and Experience: * Knowledge of procedures for inspection rewind. * The ability to fault find and problem solve. * Display an excellent eye for detail. * Some mechanical skills, basic routine maintenance (including weekly safety and maintenance checks on all equipment). * Previous experience within a busy manufacturing or warehouse environment. * Good communication skills. * Able to work under own initiative. * Problem Solving. * Record Keeping. The role involves some physical activity e.g. lifting & bending.
