HRGO Recruitment are proud to be partnered with Alpha LSG and are looking to recruit Loaders to assist the LGV drivers.

The Role:

Working in our Service Delivery department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that flights are fully catered and depart on time. This will involve the packing of stores items for flights, loading and unloading of bar and catering equipment from our airport side location on to one of our 17 tonne rigid vehicles then accompanying one of our Class 2 Drivers air side to load/unload onto the plane.

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to do a lot of lifting, bending and stretching. The role will also require you to liaise with cabin crew from a variety of airlines we serve, to facilitate the transfer of catering equipment to and from the vehicle. Occasionally, you will be required to conduct small vehicle runs with uplifts or additional stock.

About You:

* Must had a full UK licence with less than 6 points.

* Must be able to pass a colour blind test

* Must be flexible and have a enthusiastic approach to work.

* Must be willing to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment, where deadlines are tight to ensure the flights depart on time.

* Must have an excellent level of English, basic maths and checking skills

* Must be able to work shifts, this can include early and late shifts and weekends.

For successful candidates, you will be provided training.

In order to comply with the Civil Aviation Authority we must carry out a full 5 year employment history along with criminal records checks. Please note this may take up to 6 weeks to complete !
