Line Station Manager role available at this respected aircraft MRO organisation. You will be based at either Stansted or Luton. As the Line station manager, you will oversee all aspects of line maintenance within the station, including the department's financial performance. The duties of the Line Station Manager include: * Managing a team of engineers/mechanics, ensuring that dispatch reliability and time performance targets are met. * Cooperating with the sales department to develop correct pricing for services, as well as creating strategies and objectives. * Scheduling customer events, communicating this information both internally and externally. * Assisting with monthly key figures, reporting to senior management. * Ensuring that maintenance standards are constantly kept high. * Creating reports on quality data. * Briefing staff on a regular basis. You must have experience within a similar Line Maintenance Management or supervisory role, whilst being B1 or B2 qualified, with Embraer aircraft type approvals being a distinct advantage. In addition, you should excel in customer service scenarios, with the ability to form relationships within and outside the company.
