They also offer an excellent benefits package Main duties include: * Provide full secretarial support for solicitors * Diary management * Meeting and greeting all clients * Answering all telephone calls and directing them when required * Typing letters of correspondence and other legal documents * Audio transcription The ideal candidate: * Must have at least 2 years+ experience in a secretary position * Must have a proactive approach to work * Intermediate IT knowledge * Professional phone manner * Able to work independently as well as part of a team Salary and Benefits: * The salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum * 20 days holiday plus 8 BH days * Private healthcare * Discount on legal services The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm *Immediate interviews avaialble*
