Our Client who are based in Central Canterbury are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.
If you have Legal Secretarial experience within a Conveyancing department, good written and spoken communication skills with a high level of computer literacy and are looking for a new challenge then please contact us ASAP.
Daily duties will include:
Providing a high level of administrative support in a busy office
Carrying out duties in a professional and timely manner whilst maintaining good client relationships
Preparing letters and legal documents
Building strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
Answering telephone calls, audio typing and audio transcription
Dealing with enquiries from clients and other third parties via email, letter or fax
Preparing letters and legal documents
Filing, general administrative work and managing Outlook diaries
Adhering to and promoting the firm's equality and diversity policy.
Salary up to 20.5k
