HRGO Education are looking for Learning Support Assistants to start work immediately with children aged 4 - 16. This role will see you working in a specialist provision in an Special Needs school with the goal of helping these young students with complex social, emotional & behaviour needs receive the best standard of education possible.
This job is incredibly rewarding as you will be personally preparing and supporting the children to be re-introduced back into mainstream schools, making a massive impact to their later life with many more educational opportunities and influencing their confidence in social scenarios.
As a learning support assistant/teaching assistant you'll work on a group or one-to-one basis with students. This job typically involves supporting students who struggle with behaviour management, or complex special needs. Typically, these students in this setting can be physically and verbally abusive.
