Job Description

Labourer

We are looking for Labourers to join our client based in Kirk Sandall (Doncaster).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are readily available at the beginning of each shift so that workers can begin their work on time
  • Load and unload materials to and from delivery trucks, ensuring that they are safely moved to storage sites
  • Assist in construction or demolishing of buildings
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Clean up work sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
  • Ensure all PPE is provided and present prior to engaging on task

Pay Rate and Working Hours:

  • Pay rate - £10.50/h
  • Monday to Friday, 7am - 5.30pm
  • Regular, ongoing job

Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving license
  • CSCS Card
  • Previous experience as a general Labourer is preferred
  • Ability to use small hand tools
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
  • Basic construction skills would be advantageous
