About the role
As an IT Project Manager in our dynamic Global IT/DIGITAL Application & Service Team, you will lead critical software implementation and development projects, with a strong focus on digital systems.

Your primary responsibilities will involve technically managing and optimizing key platforms such as our Product Information Management (PIM) system (ContentServ), our E-Commerce platform (Adobe Commerce, formerly Magento), and various other applications.

This pivotal role contributes significantly to our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects not only meet requirements but also align with our strategic goals regarding timeline and budget.

Your tasks
Lead and manage diverse development and software implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, while serving as the liaison between business units, hosting services

• Deepen your technical knowledge of the PIM system to independently configure and develop small tasks, enhancing system capabilities
• Manage and optimize our Adobe Commerce (Magento) E-Commerce platform, including system updates, user training, and troubleshooting
• Oversee Acquia hosting platform, maintaining reliability and performance at optimal levels and help troubleshooting in case of problems
• Provide technical guidance and leadership across projects, crafting detailed and comprehensive project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation while constantly align with the required IT departments

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant work experience in IT Project Management (min. 3 Years)
• Deep technical expertise in digital systems, capable of configuring and developing independent tasks
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful implementation and development projects (agile and classic)
• Broad technical understanding of software architecture and software interfaces (web services)
• Preferred: Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focus
• Proficient in documentation and technical writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
