Irrigation Specialist

Salary: £30k

Duties and responsibilities:　

• Contributing to workflow management and quality assurance that will include inspection of completed orders and technical support resolution

• Staying updated on customer deals, contract dates and renewals

• Setting up and configuring computers and other hardware to meet work order timelines as well as general repairs and tests on returned computers and interfaces

• Site visits and customer training

• On-Call　after hours customer support　

Essential skills & experience:　

• Fluency in English, Italian is essential

• Tertiary qualifications in a technical or related discipline (or equivalent　experience in a related industry)

• Knowledge of applications, personal operating systems and/or languages is preferred

• Technically strong in PC operating systems (Windows 7 & 10)

• applications, hardware systems, protocols, and software licenses, you will demonstrate extensive application support experience with proven hardware technical planning and development
