For our prestigious client leader in the paper industry, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist with the Ukrainian language who will support the Ukrainian market.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing competitive sales & service management to company customers. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be supporting sales processes from customer requests through to delivery.


Responsibilities:

• Sales for Ukrainian market
• Management of certain customer accounts, some with main responsibility, some together with Field Sales
• Dealing timely with customer requests for quotation, offering, negotiating and deal making
• Understanding customers’ needs and offering services accordingly
• Registration of sales activities and deals
• Forecasting based on sales funnel, allocation management to fulfil deals and commitments
• Handling of customer inquiries/ cases
• Expanding sales with existing customers or identifying new ones
• Monitoring fulfillment of customer service level agreements and initiating actions if needed
• Communicating UPM sustainability concepts to customers
• Monitoring the deal fulfillment and initiating proactive actions
• Sales performance & KPIs monitoring and taking corrective actions
• Visits to customers 

Who you are

• You are fluent in Ukrainian, both written and spoken; in addition, good English or Polish is required for internal company communication
• You have a University degree or strong professional experience
• You provide good system knowledge and are experienced in using tools like Salesforce
• You have a Sales and Service-oriented mindset
• You are energized by generating sales and being in direct contact with customers
• You are skilled in building strong business customer relationships 
• You act solution-oriented, also in an unexpected situation
• You are a team player, an excellent networker, and communicator, both externally and internally
