HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the distribution companies based in Scunthorpe as a Inbound Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for providing professional customer service experience.

You will be responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Direct to Site and Customer service functions working closely with the external sales team and landscaping team to maximise sales opportunities.

General Duties of Inbound Sales Representative:

• To drive the successful conversion of leads and opportunities to sales to meet individual and team KPI's.
• Effective communication with contractors, customers and external teams regarding pricing, stock availability and expected delivery timescales by incoming/outgoing telephone call or email.
• Able to confidently quote based on customers diagrams and requirements.
• Upsell and/or cross sell across all product brands.
• Produce quotations for both contractors and merchants.
• Monitor the inbox to ensure all queries are dealt with in an efficient manner.

General Requirements of Inbound Sales Representative:

• Sales experience
• Excellent listening & verbal skills with the ability to identify the customer issue.
• Dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Building trade experience.
• Previous experience of Sage 200 & Salesforce preferred.
