Position: Inbound Sales Advisor

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: 40 Hours per week Between 08:00-21:00 Mon-Fri, 08:00-19:30 Sat-Sun (Rotational Basis any 5 out of 7 days)

Salary: £9.50 Per Hour + Commission Weekly Pay

Do you have a background in Customer Service or Sales. We are actively looking for Inbound Sales Advisor's to join a newly formed team.

Duties

• Ability to build rapport with ease, establishing customer needs for products and services

• Ability to work towards set targets and standards

• Respond to customers general enquiries relating to creation of accounts

• Ability to problem solve in a high-volume call environment, handling customer complaints

• Demonstrates a high standard of dexterity in all areas of keyboard use

• Demonstrates good logical thought process

• Ability to respond to, and acts regarding customer complaints

• Ability to balance the needs of the customer within the capacity of the account whilst recognising the need to escalate when immediate query resolution is not possible

• Motivated to build a career within an inbound sales environment

Skills

• Excellent telephone manner and clear verbal communication skills

• Previous sales experience preferred / Comfortable cold calling existing customers with new products and services

• Customer Focused, offering a friendly, polite, and empathetic tone

• Committed to delivery of a consistently high quality of customer service

• Excellent listening and questioning skills

• Excellent conflict management skills and objection handling techniques

• Confident personality and skill in striking rapport with the customer

• Basic level of keyboard competence and computer literacy

• Enjoy working within pressurised, target driven team

• Self-motivated with an aptitude for maintaining enthusiasm and focus within a routine environment
