Inbound mobile phone Customer Retention / Sales Advisors required for a prestigious call centre based in the heart of Birkenhead Duties include; * Answer calls incoming calls * Retaining business / Selling mobile phone features and benefits to existing customers * Handle customer enquiries both by telephone and by email * Account administration on contracts * Manage and resolve customer complaints * Provide customers with product and service information * Identify and escalate priority issues * Follow up customer calls where necessary * Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Basic salary PLUS Monthly commission Full time position 40 hours per week Hours Monday to Friday Between 8am & 7pm, Saturday 9am & 7pm and Sunday 10pm & 6pm FULL TRAINING PROVIDED Please call 0151 347 1110 to arrange an interview or email your c.v to cv@calladvisor.co.uk
