We are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of a British Telecommunications company who provide broadband, landline, digital television and mobile services. You will be responsible for handling all calls relation to mobile services. You will be expected to take enquiries as regards to billing on accounts, technical support with handsets, limits and upgrades of tariffs, taking payments from customers, reinstating accounts and notating all calls in full detail on the system.
These are full times roles working an average 40 hours per week receiving 40 minutes for lunch and x2 10 minute breaks (Breaks are unpaid). Working any 5 out of 7 days Monday- Sunday between 7.30am-10.00pm
