Inbound Customer Service Advisor
FULL TIME - FULLY FLEX - POSITIONS ONLY

Location: Knowsley / Kirkby
Job Description
Applicants must have a professional manner with the ability to deal effectively with the customer, demonstrating tact, discretion and patience, whilst dealing with a high level of confidentiality. Good interpersonal and communication skills along with team spirit are essential for this role. Utilising skills you will be required to listen to the customer's needs and ensure a great customer service.

- FULL TIME 37.5 Hours per week
- Hours of Work; 8am-8pm Monday to Friday (No weekends or Bank Holidays)
