HRGO are currently recruiting for an Inbound Call Handler on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based just outside Norwich. These roles are an immediate start with permanent opportunities for the right candidates. They offer on site parking so are ideally located for candidates within Norwich and surrounding areas.

Hourly Rates: Daytime rate is £9.49, Nights and Saturdays £13.38, Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.37

Hours: Rotating shifts of 12 hour days and nights 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00

Duties Include:

• Provide outstanding customer service to members of the public and commercial customers via the telephone
• Record call details on computer to the fullest extent possible
• Be able to modify and adapt methods of communication to account for differing needs of service users
• Pass the caller on to other professionals within the service where necessary

Candidates require:

• Calm and confident telephone manner
• Good geographical knowledge of Norfolk and Suffolk
• English and Maths at GCSE grade D or above
• 6 months experience in a customer facing role dealing with members of the public, face to face or on the telephone
• Be willing to have an Enhanced DBS check undertaken
