HR GO Recruitment are urgently seeking Inbound Helpline Advisors for our call centre client in Knowsley.
You will be required to answer high volumes of inbound helpline calls in a professional manner with the ability to deal effectively with the customer, demonstrating tact, discretion and patience. Training will be provided on-site, you will have good interpersonal and communication skills along with a good team spirit.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm.
Rate of Pay: £8.72
