About the Project:

Company group IT is expanding in-house team of 12 SAP experts to support the crucial project supporting the company's digital transformation into SAP S4 HANA. This ambitious project involves replacing existing solutions and processes with cutting-edge SAP solutions, aiming for standardization, simplification, and enhanced efficiency. You will be working with colleagues form Germany, Sweden, Poland delivering solutions worldwide.

The Role:

As SAP FICO Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the finance area. You'll be the go-to expert for technical guidance, championing design principles, and ensuring optimal financial solutions systems are implemented.

You work closely with our End2End-process leads and Business Process Owners and use your thorough technical understanding from SAP-solutions in scope, to secure solutions that in the very best way can support our business.

You are the natural go-to person for external parties when searching for technical advice and guidance on design, developments, configurations
 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge: Champion implementation, standardization and simplification as core design principles within finance.
• Design & configure: Craft FICO solutions delivering agreed functionalities within budget and compliant with SAP template.
• Guide the way: Maintain and update relevant FICO guidelines, flagging deviations from established principles and work-methods.
• Collaboration is key: Work seamlessly with internal and external partners to ensure progress, standardization, and financial optimization.
• Team player: Actively contribute your SAP, technology, and industry knowledge to elevate team performance.
• Workshops: Advocate for Fit-to-Standard workshops and champion simplification efforts within finance.
• SAP Savvy: Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO module, best practices, methods, and tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years: Proven experience in a similar senior role, demonstrating in-depth expertise in SAP FICO area.
• Beyond the core: Additional experience in Advanced Intercompany Sales & Stock Transfer is highly regarded.
• Greenfield advantage: Experience in greenfield implementations will be highly regarded.
• Business-minded: Genuine interest in business processes and their financial optimization.
