Import Supervisor/Manager -

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Direction - team/supervision/management
  • Leadership - team/supervision/management
  • Attitude / discipline / morale
  • Troubleshooting
  • Responsible for Operators understanding /running of tradelanes
  • Customer service
  • Supplier management - Warehouse/Rent Rate negotiation
  • Tracking of Budget Vs Actual Figures monthly
  • Communication with Sales department
  • Ensure even distribution of workload between operators
  • System management - relating to costs / service info being available in the system
  • Ensure outsourcing is being managed effectively by back office
  • Plan for adequate holiday cover
