Due to the continued expansion, my client is looking to recruit an Administrator to work in their busy office in Ashford.

The role will be responsible for working in a busy logistics office ensuring that the documentation of shipping and airfreight are up to date and compliant.

You will also be responsible for:

• Communicate with colleague and customers to ensure smooth process of documents
• Accurately submit documents
• Managing live documents and ensuring they are up to date
• Managing document compliance.

We are looking for people with a great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

You will need to have the ability to work fast but accurately and manage a high workload.

Shifts are 4 days on 4 days off. 7am-7pm.
