Our Client based in Dover is seeking an experienced HR Support Officer for a 6 month contract based on 37.5 hours per week.

Duties Include:

Supporting Recruiting Managers in the Recruitment process from initial screening through to offer stages

Identify suitable candidate pools and sourcing channels

Maintain appropriate levels of contact and communication with candidates during the Recruitment process which supports the clients requirements

Review vacancy responses frequently and update Hiring Managers and HR Business partner

Update Recruitment data on Applicant Tracking System

Support with referencing once applicants become employees

The successful applicant will require:

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Excellent planning skills and ability to co-ordinate own work load.

Have a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks.

Able to quickly respond effectively to changing demands

Personal qualities:

Motivated to drive efficient processes and maintain accurate information.

Reliable

Good attention to detail
