HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
£40,000 to £45,000 AE
We are actively recruiting a HR Business Partner / HR Generalist with strong HR management, a candidate who has worked within a Warehouse/Logistics company or high demand business. This role will encompass the full HRBP to include, recruitment, onboarding, employee management including both temporary and permanent workforce, employee relations, retention strategies, performance management, compliance, employee development and health and safety.
Ideally suited to a candidate who has worked within a warehouse or high demand environment, working with unions, have experienced in employee relations and of course strong knowledge of employment laws/regulations. A candidate able to work with HR Manager in recruitment strategies, developing training and assisting management in all HR functions.
Our client is looking for a candidate able to communicate effectively and tactfully at all levels within the business., be able to develop policy and initiatives. The role will require to travel based on the business requirement. Must be computer literate, with a high knowledge in MS Office and similar packages.
