Job Description - HR Business Partner
The Company
Our client is a highly experienced global supply chain company offering end-to-end supply chain management, They are now seeking an HR Officer to work closely with the HR Manager to further develop our HR support within the business.
The Role
This is a varied role that will see you supporting the full employee life-cycle. Based in London, but with travel around our UK Offices, 3 - 4 days per week. The main elements of the role include:
HR Business Partner
Supporting line managers with day to day management issues and advice.
Assisting the HR Manager with the co-ordination of the appraisal process.
Ad-hoc training/HR briefings for line managers
Recruitment:
Assisting with all elements of the HR process, from sorting through applications, Interviews, feedback and job offer
New starters:
Organising the onboarding process to include liaising with new starters, inductions and probation reviews
Travel:
Regular attendance at all UK Group offices.
Ongoing HR work:Disciplinaries and grievances, etc.
Ensuring compliance with any updates in legislation.
Ongoing HR Admin:
Dealing with general day to day enquiries, referring to HR Manager when required.
Monitoring of the HR "inbox".
Assisting the HR Manager on payroll matters.
Ongoing Projects - to vary in line with ongoing HR requirements:
The Candidate
The position would suit someone with a good HR background, ideally CIPD qualified or part-qualified, with strong technical skills, who has a passion for helping to empower line managers.
