We are seeking an experienced HR Professional, qualified to CIPD Level 7 to join our existing clients' team.

Working within the education sector, you will be required to deal with the following:-

• To support Managers, departments and staff with the organisational and departmental business strategy.
• To provide expert advice on employment law / legislation
• To provide the lead on people safeguarding measures
• To manage an effective attendance management system
• To support the co-ordination of all recruitment activities, including support with job analysis and the design of new and revised roles
• To promote and support change management
• To support the revision and development of people policies

Candidates interested in this role must have excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, together with knowledge of current HR trends and research. You will have a proven project management experience, together with experience of successfully delivering change.
