My client is looking for a temporary HR Assistant. Must have HR experience and understand the process. Full time hours, Monday to Friday. Sussex Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced HR Administration Assistant to handle a variety of administration tasks to make sure the HR department operates to a high standard to attract, recruit and maintain employees and volunteers. Duties will include; * Supporting the Recruitment and Selection function by placing adverts, processing invoices, pre-employment checks and referencing and arranging interviews. * Supporting induction process including arranging welcome packs and welcome tours. * Undertake administration for HR processes such as annual leave, maternity and paternity leave and probation procedure. * Maintaining a confidential filing system for employee information.
