Location: Anglesey -occasional home work

As an experienced Human Resources Advisor you will have the relevant qualification relating to HR. Experience of operational day to day HR Activities at an Advisory level coupled with working knowledge and experience of the TUPE process, to include consultation and mobilisation and up to date knowledge of employment law with experience of putting this into practice at an operational level. Also experience of first line management.

Delivery of an effective and efficient HR service within a geographical region, travelling and working flexibly as is considered reasonable to interface with internal customers as required.

Providing generalist HR support to managers and employees, advising stakeholders on a range of employment related activities including; recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, equal opportunities, relocation and redundancy, performance management and employee relations in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

  • Provide relevant, accurate and timely Management Information and analysis where necessary.

  • Work with managers to utilise data and to enable more effective partnerships, ensuring HR processes and issues are dealt with.

  • Work in partnership with Line Managers to ensure HR processes and issues are dealt with, escalating as appropriate and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, to include

  • Probationary, Performance and Development Processes and outcomes.

  • Succession planning and development planning activities

  • Disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement and capability processes

  • Foster a professional working relationship with local Trade Unions and management to allow for effective employee involvement and consultation throughout the business.

  • To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.

  • Ensure a fair and consistent recruitment process is undertaken by the hiring manager liaising with the Company's external recruitment provider, and ensuring the Corporate Covenant is observed at all times.

  • To undertake or contribute to specific HR related projects as requested, including support on both incoming and outgoing TUPE
