Job Spec

Position: Helpdesk Advisor (Call Centre)

Location: Liverpool, Knowsley

Hours: Working 8am-6pm Monday

Tuesday - Friday between 8am-6pm based on 37.5 hour week

Salary: £327.00 per week

You will be required to:

Answer and screen calls from the general public

Ask security questions and screening people to ensure you are speaking to the relevant person

Deal with basic enquiries

Redirect complex queries to the relevant department

The ideal candidate will have previous call centre, retail or hospitality / customer service experience

The role is subject to a DBS

Start date ASAP
