Our client are recruiting a Head of Customer Support / Head of Customer Experience for a global DATA co, this role is newly created and they are seeking an applicant with strong b2b Data expertise to set up and lead a team in delivering a first class customer experience / customer support division. You must be a candidate with superb understanding of a Data Driven business, be customer centric, able to implement systems, setting KPIs, hiring training and growing a first class team
Ideally you have a background as Customer Experience / Customer Support with an Omni-channel team, have b2b expertise, Knowledge of large data, Sql, Salesforce or Tableau ideally. You need to be very data driven and have a very comprehensive understanding of Data. Proven exp of managing a team and delivering customer effective systems.
