HEAD CHEF An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join one of our local clients. Our client are a hotel in a seaside location that caters for parties and events such as weddings etc. Roles & Responsibilities * Oversea the management of a fast paced kitchen * Making sure hygiene & food standards are adhered to * Cooking & preparation of meals * Responsibility of dealing with suppliers * Suggestions of new ideas to the menu Experience & Skills * Food hygiene * HACCP * Will consider Sous Chef looking to step up if they have a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Sous Chef * Previous experience of running a fast paced kitchen is essential If you believe you are suitable for this role then please apply with an up to date CV
