Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant

They are seeking graduate teaching assistants or graduates that would like to follow a teacher training pathway in their schools. You will be able to improve your skills, teaching practice and gain on the job experience.

Suitable Graduate Teaching Assistant candidates:

• Degree educated or A level (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable (coaching, tutoring, social work etc)
• Ability to support the class teachers and to inspire pupils, helping them academically and to manage behaviour for learning
• Organised, pro-active, friendly, hard-working and resilient with a good sense of humour.
