I am urgently looking for 2 operatives to work at a client based on the outskirts of Ashford. This role is very intensive and will be repetitive, previous experience in agricultural would be great but not a deal breaker. * You will be grading plants on a production line and sorting out the plants that can and cannot be sent for dispatch. * You will need to work quickly as the production line is constantly moving and plants must be sorted before the reach the end of the belt. * You must have high concentration as you will have to batch the plants into certain counts for banding and then distribution. The ideal candidate must be robust as the role will be on your feet all day and will be outside in all weather conditions. There is a restroom available on-site with a kettle and microwave and hi-vis jackets and gloves will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1630 with overtime available most Saturdays.
