About the Company

My client is a successful Healthtech and commercialisation company that's looking for a leader of their Digital business. This consultancy offers a great staff rewards programme and places great importance on a healthy work/life balance for its employees.

The Role

In this General Manager role, you'll form part of the Executive Team and report directly to the CEO. Representing the Digital business unit publicly to build its digital profile, you will support the overall company profile and identify and secure digital business opportunities. As Digital GM you will be responsible for representing the company's view of digital health at conferences. You will also lead not only the financial management of the Digital business unit (including building recurring revenue), but also strategy development and client/account management. The Digital GM is also responsible for working collaboratively with the other business units to achieve overall business goals.

Skills and experience

With 3-5 years of leadership experience in a software context as a CEO, COO or GM or a solid understanding of the software industry from a leadership perspective gained through being a software engineer, BD, COO, Development Manager or Business Analyst, you will have experience of:

* building and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external teams and stakeholders

* business development and working to/exceeding targets

* working in a consulting role

* identifying and securing viable income streams

* software development including supporting products which have been built and delivered
